Asad's Terms of Service (PLEASE READ !) ✦✦ GENERAL TERMS⬪THE DESIGNER is allowed to decline commissions.
⬪THE DESIGNER is permitted to terminate the commission when the commissioner is straight-up rude or inconsiderate :).
⬪THE DESIGNER is permitted to use the work in their portfolio.
⬪THE CLIENT is allowed to claim full ownership of the finished Logo design.
⬪THE CLIENT is not permitted to use the Logo Design for commercial purposes UNLESS agreed upon by THE DESIGNER.
⬪THE CLIENT is not allowed to profit from the finished piece (e.g. turn into an Adoptable, print and sell, etc.)✦ DURING COMMISSION⬪ It really depends on the commission but I usually finish a commission 1 week to 2 months or longer if the client is unresponsive or delayed due to technical issues.
⬪ I highly suggest my clients be active/online when I am working on your commission. The more you are responsive, the earlier you'll get your commission done. If you have any reasons as to why you won't be able to respond immediately, please inform me ahead of time.✦ AVAILABLE PAYMENT MODES⬪ My Refund Policy is simple, after the 1st presentation of the drafts CLIENT can ask for cancellation and will get a full refund if not satisfied with the work, however, there are no refunds for already delivered digital assets under no circumstances
⬪ It's required that you pay half of the payment first and then the second half after I finish your commission but if you wish to pay upfront, you will be placed on my Priority List
⬪ I'm very flexible with accepting payments, I can through international payment methods which require my info so please reach out to me via my DMs on Instagram (PayPal option coming soon!) and for Pakistan, JazzCash / Easypaisa will be preferredI APPRECIATE IT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTOOD MY TERMS OF SERVICE!!! ✦
